Abundant winter and spring rainfall replenished parched soils allowing healthy vine growth in spring. An excellent dry and consistent summer produced lower than average yields across most blocks but with generous concentration, mouthfeel and bright flavours. Cooler night temperatures towards harvest allowed the red varieties to concentrate flavours and soften tannins.Product Details
